StormFiber. is it worth it?

So right now i have connect and i am pretty content with it but still pisses me off in some ways like no power backup and and cat 5 infrastructure with tp=link switches does cause some problems if not many. plus this dealers runs it like with a couple of workers so support is not available all the time.

so is stormfiber worth it? do they have power backup and what pings can i expect on dota 2 overwatch etc.

also is there a way to pay the installation charges in installments? don't really want to spend 5k to try it out. I am situated in pechs block 2 so if someone from my area can share their experience then that would be great.

Fiber doesnt require electric power for kilometers. I live near pechs block 2 althought stormfiber services are active in my area but yesterday my local cable guy shifted its services to cybernet, i am not sure its stormfiber but the trace route shows cybernet.

are you talking about the 1200 per month for 12 months? that is ridiculous. that ends up costing about 14400 rs while right now you can get first month plus installation for 5000

all depends if they actually put fiber till the modem in your house etc. just wanted to get a feel of their real service cause nothing is as it is advertised

Lol dude its real its true ftth. They will install a Fiber dp box on the pole near your house and from it a single small fiber wire will go in the modem.

Ps. I am not on fiber [emoji14] its local cable but pings would be much better on storm fiber ftth
