Can anyone give me a list of tv channels, without HD box and with HD box?
Are pings stable still?
Anyone tried twitch streaming using it?

For PSN try using any free vpnbook to connect, if it connects then it is ip being blocked issue. Otherwise call stormfiber manager who get you the connection and talk to him/her about it.

Rebooting the modem and waiting 10 minutes usually fixes it. Sony bans certain IPs from Stormfiber. Changing the IP usually fixes the issue.

No idea why this happens.

It has been fixed. Please confirm everyone with stormfiber. PSN is now working on my end.

Does it happen again when the IP changes?
Could happen for any number of reason, as far as I think. Illegal activity, cheating, hacking, very high traffic, attempting to 'share' games with someone by giving someone your psn id and password...etc. Their ban policy is a bit weird.

@siddiec2013 So I have not received email regarding the channel list for HD box from you. Storm fiber have been installed for me and analogue channels are same as worldcall channels.

Anyone facing packet loss and latency issues here in this thread, other threads saying it is due to TW1 cable cut. I forgot to note down place to complaint to stormfiber, so anyone who where to complain to them?

Also some sites are not working since day one, including moddb.com and not limited to it and they all are for free softwares like filepuma etc. Any way to clear them for regular browsing because ptcl no longer had such problems with regular websites. Also tried vpn and such few methods tries and they are not opening weirdest thing!.

can someone please tell me how much is the upload speed on the 10Mbps PAcakge?
is it constant or not?

i got it installed 10 days back and no complain. firstly they said they will install in 7 days and third day after payment and installed the internet. It works like a charm got 10mbps . 10 down and 10 up all the time. Streaming on youtube iflix and netflix on full hd without any stutter. 0 disconnection . torrents download speed vary from 500kb/s to 900kb/s. video calling skype is amazing . and lastly i play dota 2 so in SEASIA getting ping of 90-100ms . In India europe and dubai around 150ms which is great. overall loving it

Does anyone else face the issue of Stormfiber's internet speed randomly falling to around 1mb multiple times a day? Also, it randomly keeps breaking off throughout the day even with full signal strength. Mine does and it stays slow for a good 10 minutes, sometimes even more. Been emailing Stormfiber about this ever since I got their internet installed in June. They do get back to me and have tried to troubleshoot the issue but they always end up saying 'Everything's fine from our end.' I fear it might be a router issue. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Which area are you in and which connection speed do u have? I been using it for two weeks and its fine no disconnects and speed drops. And to be honest i dont know how to check signal strength but its good all day long

The customer agents always say there's something downloading in the background which is eating up your bandwidth. First they said it was my phone, then just today they said it was my laptop. I've checked any and everything and couldn't find any program/app which might be doing this. Turned every setting off which could possibly eat up bandwidth. Now I'm at a total loss. I would change my ISP but there is literally no alternative that I see.

Try connecting your laptop/pc with stormfibre modem via Lan Cable and then check

so after 2 weeks internet went down . its been half hour i called them and they were like pooray area ka down hai . which is a lie since my frnd in street next to me is using internet without any problems. and all they could say was we are working . lets see when my issue is resolved
