Storage increment of old PC

Intel G2030 3.0ghz @Stock
DDR3 8gb 1333mhz@stock
Rx550 4gb@stock
Apacer panther 128 GB

I am thinking of getting an external hdd i dont want internal hdd and ssds are way too costly for me
My budget is 10k max
the issue is i dont have a usb 3.0 and i think it will lag alot..

so guys ur advice on this?

You can easily get a 480gb internal SSD for 10k

Who said external will be cheaper then internal ?

You can easily get 500gb ssd or 2tb hdd for 10k internal that is.
