Steam error

Okay so I'm trying to run my own dedicated server for CS 1.6.

So I downloaded steam, downloaded the dedicated sever, everything went fine, but when i start the server, I'm presented with the following error :

Anyone know what could be the problem ?

Reinstall it or google is your best friend.Search their u will find solution.

I got the steam error today, and what i found that most of the steam error are because of ClientRegistery.blob file, which is in ur steam folder. Simply delete it and restart the steam. It will take a minute or two to download that file again and u'll be gaming in no time ....i myself tried this method today and it worked perfectly.

^ Tried that. But not working. Anyways, i downloaded HDLS, did the update and all server is up and running. But in IP address it only mentions my local ip address which is in 192.168.0.XXX format. How do i get my friends to join this server if so ? I followed the tutorial here :http://gameolosophy.com/games/action/counter-strike/how-to-create-a-counter-strike-16-server-easy/ and i've set up a dynamic server for it.

could someone please try and connect to it ? the address is counterstrikehome.ath.cx and yes the server is up and running from my side
