update:i m about to post the orignal pics of the pen but i m not sure my mobile camera will give a good pic of such a small obeject,rest assured this item is not even an hour used,and i will it my self properly to the seller..and yes the usb cable is not included,as it not even needed,the pen directly connect itself with the charger and on the pc,i didn't recieved a cable either

i have the same spy camera pen in black colour. it does not have mp3 player but a nice quality mini dv cam and 4gb memory stick usb.
