There is truth to his statement. All of food items are processed using phosphate that accelerates aging, along with the synthetic preservatives. When I look at the new generation, they do look a lot older than I did at their age. And I was not the only one, all of my class mates had their semblance of innocence in their teens and twenties. Now when I see kids in their late teens, a hell lot of them look older than I do, and I am 26 now. This means that the food is effecting people.
