Speaker Advice - Budget 20k Max

I need a good set of 5.1 or 7.1 speakers for my PS3/TV/Projector setup. I'm leaning towards the z906. The reviews are pretty solid but I don't feel like spending more than 20k for speakers unless it's really necessary. Any advice?

What speakers would suit me best?
Where do I get them?
The speakers need to have optical in.

I remember a friend getting some really cheap surround 4.1 speakers for his dvd player for 4k or something. Any idea ye speakers kis ball park main utarte hain? Do they have optical in?
