sound system purchasing help

i want to buy good 5.1 sound system.
i will use it with ps3 xbox360 and pc . i am not interested in songs so i will use them only for movies and games.

i was thinking about z-5500 . i also need to buy a sound card so suggest me good combination and also tell me from where to purchase them.

Firstly, whats your budget for the soundcard? If you can go for the Titanium, that'd be perfect -___-

hhumas selling titanium...its very good sound card...z5500 is not available

my total budget is 35k i can increase it slightly but i think titanium is out of range
