Smartwatch for iPhone. HELP.

Asalam o Alaikum.

From last few days I'm desperate to buy Watch 4 but not willing to pay 75-80K from my savings because of some other upcoming expenses. So I found alternate option S3 Frontier which I know that not fully compatible with iOS. Guys I need better option with better compatibility with iOS. My primary use of smartwatch is for workout, running and cycling. Looks matter and prefer with buit-in GPS, Heart rate sensor and water resistant.

Who's asking you to pay 80k? Buy a Series 3 for like $300.

Apple watch Series 3 is your best bet with full compatibility with IOS and you can buy in between 45 to 60k brand new depending on features
