As you know Capcom announced a few days ago that the 12 PS Vita Exclusive characters are coming on consoles first (on 31st July 2012), but nothing was said about PC which caused much confusion among PC fans but earlier this morning Christian Svensson replied to a fan on Capcom Unity forums that the DLC is also coming on PC in the beginning of September, you can read his reply here...

This DLC will increase the character roster from 38 to a total of 50 characters.
