Discontinued products usually carry a high price tag on them ,which is why you are seeing it higher at various vendors and individual sellers being stupid/greedy are doing the same.Another reason might be they simply bought it at the peak of GPU crisis and now do not bother changing the price ,compare to what we have available now.

Hashrate doesn't matter anymore, unless you're stealing electricity no one is even going to break even mining for the foreseeable future. This specific set of AMD cards were extra juiced due to how well they were at mining during the peak of he boom, but that hasn't been the case for months now. You're going to have a hard time selling it at that price to people here who know they can easily get far better performance for the money you're asking.

You could probably try to pawn it off to someone ignorant trying to get into mining but that'd be morally dubious at best imo.
