Recruiting for CS 1.6 Clan

I am recruiting members for CS 1.6 clan. Main purpose of the clan is to play 5v5 online matches against other teams. Some important requirements of this clan

• Friendly and mature players who will respect other team members. No abusing or bad mouthing.
• Learn to play counter strike the "proper way". Practicing tactics, ct setups, grenades, smokes, flashes, communication, strategies and team play for the various maps. Be willing to spend a lot of time for only practicing individual and team play skills instead of only playing matches. Counter strike, when played this way will lead to true satisfaction and a lot of fun. If you are looking for a mix/pug style team and just play matches, this may not be the clan for you. Over time I have bought a several professionally done demo lessons which could be used to improve our game. For example shooting techniques for each gun and also strategies for attacking a particular bombsite with proper nades and flashes and each player having a particular role.
• Have a passion for counter strike and be willing to learn and improve and be dedicated. Need to have a somewhat obsessive personality or temperament which one requires to improve and also put in time for practicing various things instead only playing matches.
• Aspire to be the best team we can be but in a relaxed and friendly environment while also having a lot of fun.
• Ideally have at least one year of experience of playing 5v5 matches so that you have an idea of the very basic elements of the game
• May need to contribute around Rs 400 per month which will go into maintaining our own team server where we can practice and invite other teams for matches

I decided to start this clan because I love cs 1.6 but I also felt frustrated because cs is a team game and most people and teams do not understand this aspect of cs and/or are not willing to dedicate time and effort to practice teamplay aspect of cs.
