Guys need suggestions for a new budget laptop, I would mainly be using it for working with the occasional designing and web/android development (small apps not any major 3D modeling) jobs I pick up from the internet.

The ideal screen size should be 15"+ and the colors to be as close to real colors as possible no bluish tints or faded down colors, 2nd the storage capacity should be atleast 500gb+ and finally the hardware (RAM mainly) should be able to handle big ass canvases.

Budget range you ask me? 40k-50k the lower the better.

Are you sure about buying a new laptop and not a used laptop ? think if you have a budget of 40-50k you may not be able to purchase a good laptop with more ram like 8/16gb. for android dev usually 8gb ram is enough while 4gb is not recommended. in around 50k you can't purchase a powerful laptop if you go for a new laptop so do you want a used laptop or new laptop anyway?

I honestly won't be needing more than 4gb of RAM as I have a desktop PC to handle all the heavy load. I need a machine through which I can work on my projects when I am away from the desktop pc.

Won't be needing the laptop for 3D rendering, will only be working with 2D designs like application UI designing, icons and web banners. The most important thing I need is a screen with good colors as I often have to work with print media so the colors need to be precise.

I have no preference for a new laptop or a used one, if you can list down some used laptops which I can get in that range that will be much appreciated.

So new or used, don't matter.

if you sure you don't have much powerful workload then i think the one annosaad is selling here can be best bet for you:
Dell Latitude 3340 Core i5 4th Gen(Loot sale)

i5 4th gen, 4gb, 500gb, 6hour+ battery in 28k now if you just change 500gb hdd with sdd this machine will be best choice for you.

while if you go for a new one dell 5559, touch, i5 6th gen, 4gb, 500gb, with almost same battery would cost 52k

you can compare the reviews of both laptops as well as the cpus but there isn't much difference between both processors
another option is that you look for a i7-4th gen laptop with very good specs can also be found in like 40-50k but i think if you want it for normal usage then you don't need to spend much money on this just 28k for laptop and maybe 8-10k for the ssd depending upon what size you want and you are good to go.
