1) Now the card is giving me problem and its not showing or connecting the tv output I cant even see it in the device manager anymore guess it has out lived its life I am looking to get a similar card with the same round shaped Tv out port so I can resume watching tv programs/movies on my LCD can someone please suggest me a good card and by good I dont mean a 20K or 40K card I just want a low budget simple (can even be second hand) which I am willing to buy from the local market in Regal here in Karachi. Just let me know which card will be good better then a ATI Radeon HD 2400 and can offer me the same option.

2) I have installed FB-DDR2 Total: 16 Gb RAM (4 GB each x 4 slots). I have noticed that since my pc is 24/7 online the RAM do get really really HOT. There is a fan on top of it to keep them kool still its constantly throwing warm air now I have heard about water cooling and other cooling system for the pc but I want to know is that any cooling system that can only keep my ram cool and at a low temperature is yes please let me know the name and the price and also from where can I get it here in Karachi.

Looking forward to your kind reply. Thanks in advance. Have a great day y'all.

Wait, are you using two different GPUs at the same time? If so, your card "dying" might actually be a driver related issue. In this case redo all of your drivers, keep your GT 420 card in there. You can run a monitor and TV off of it. You'll need to buy a VGA to S-VIDEO (the black port) adapter though. If you can't find any, take your card to any shop with old/used gpus and they should be able to hook you up with an appropriate card. (Here, I'm assuming that if the card still works, you don't want to run your monitor off of it.

About the ram, afaik there's no water-cooling kit out there for ram (there may be some exotic solutions though, but those are not feasible). You could direct air-flow at them to cool them, and if they're bare-bones without any heat-spreaders you can stick a silicon cooling pad onto them. If that doesn't work, try buying sticks with heat-spreaders.

Thanks for the reply all the drivers are updated. It is not a driver related issue The GT 420 I think has a HDMI port but I don't want to use that since my TV is not near to my pc and I dont want to buy a 20 foot long HDMI cable which I don't know how much would it cost me I am happy with my current setup both drivers for both GPU's are installed GT 420 hooked to my monitor and the ATI Radeon HD 2400 hooked to my pc via the A/V cable. The HD 2400 is very old hence I think it has served its purpose and has died. Like I said it's not even listed in the device manager list under display adapters like it used to be see screenshot

Hence thinking of buying another low end GPU preferably a new one to or a better one then the ATI Radeon HD 2400 to serve the same purpose and I can use the round port to connect my A/V cable and resume what I am accustomed to.

As for the second part I found this on homeshopping and it says its a room cooler or something

So I am really confused. My Ram's have these metallic plates on them which I think are called heat spreaders if you want I can share a pic of them too to make sure do let me know.

Yes, do share a picture of them and also report the exact temps you're getting. Also, I think it's much easier to run a HDMI cable (or a DVI with DVI to HDMI adapter at the TV's end) is it not? Getting a new card and getting a cable would cost approximately the same I think. You can decide what suits you better.

I don't think RAM coolers can work efficiently if you already have good airflow in your case. Share a picture of your case and fan configuration too. Ideally you'll want at least 3 fans blowing in and 1 exhausting out.
