Rainbow Six Siege with Zong 4G

PTCL as we all know at this point is the worst thing to happen to humanity since the second world war and frankly I'm sick of it. I'm looking for a new ISP (mostly for my addiction to siege) and was planning on getting Storm Fiber but they aren't operating in my exact area, so I've been considering getting a Zong 4G connection just to play games on it and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it in Islamabad, particularly in Rainbow Six Siege, like the server and ping you get by default cuz I don't want to buy the thing only to have it be the same or have horrible ping during the daytime/evening (something I've heard people mention on various forums). So if anyone's tried Zong 4G (or any other kind of 4G for that matter) on rainbow six siege, please let me know how it worked out and the details of the ping and default server.

I tried fortnite on zong 4g, frankly the speed is awesome and ping is low and stable. However, i was getting regular packet loss while. Sometimes the packet loss would reach upto 30% which made it impossible to play. I was using my mobile phone as a hotapot.

Zong 4g Works really well at late night with low usage of other people, it's great specifically for Siege,csgo,dota 2, but not in fortnite, in fortnite you get high amount of packet loss, Although that is the only game that i had problems with, and other then that, I have not had any problems with zong other then in the evening, where usages are quite high, it's possible to get high ping or packet loss and lose connection,
