R4 card in 3DS (for DS games) Help needed !

I just bought a 3DS a couple of days ago. I have a R4 SDHC dual core card

I downloaded the software from this link

transferred around 4 - 6 games in my 2GB micro sd card. but only 2 of them work.
I tried formatting my card and transferred again then the other 2 games start working. Everytime I format my card and transfer the same games and everytime a different a game starts to work.
My 3DS is on firmware 5.1.0

Does anyone know the solution to this ?

where are you putting ur games in the card ? which folder etc. i think a folder named games or gamez you put it there. if there is no folder named that in the root of your memory card. first make that and than transfer ur .nds games there.

I just tried it and sadly it didn't work as well. I'm using a 4GB micro sd by the way.

WELL I HAVEN'T tried any r4ds cards on my 3DS, only used it with dslite so can't say for sure but probably some firmware of the card problem etc something, you might want to get the latest software for the r4ds card.

or perhaps those games are compatible with the card to run, some games give problems while running.

4gb microsd card should be fine. although 2gb is enough for it.

Dunno man thats all i know, haven't used any flashcards on my 3DS so im outta answers here...

Are you sure the ROMS youre trying to run are ok? Maybe you didnt download the 2 games that arent working properly or from a good source.

I don't think there is a problem with the roms. I downloaded Osu!Tataken!Ouendan! and Super Mario 64 DS and that game didn't work at first but Super Mario did. but then I formatted my card and transferred some few games again then Osu!Tataken!Ouendan! started working and Super Mario didn't this is the problem that I'm facing. And also in a few games like NSMB and The Legend of Zelda Spirit tracks. The save file gets deleted everytime I start the game again.

some r4i china ones are faulty maybe that's the problem or if you have built in firmware update option in r4i card update it, it might solve some issues

also try using some other sdhc micro card if you have available. might be issue with memory card

Ah damn ! my micro sd card was the problem. Its working now. Used a different Micro SD card. Thanks for the help mate.
