Question to PTCL Nitro users ?

Hello all i want to ask a question regarding PTCL nitro.I bought it some days ago and it is working fine here in my area no signal problem but after downloading 7 to 8GB data speed reduced to 50 to 100kb/s which is unacceptable so i contacted them and ask about the reason of speed drop and he was telling me i have downloaded 8gb per day so thats y my speed is limited by them and i was like WTH.

Now Question is ?

IS there any per day downloading cap on nitro like that bastard was telling me or it is a lie ?

There is a similar cap on the regular EVO, if we use the daily package. I had to upgrade to unlimited in order to avail unlimited downloading. Check to see if there is similar package on Nitro.

What was the speed while you downloaded the first 7-8gb? Speed on my Nitro can range anywhere from 600kbps to 50kbps with a median of 200kbps.

Speed while downloading 8gb was ranging from 200 to 600KB/s and after that it came to 50 to 100kb maximum.and how much data u download per day using nitro ?

well i also bought nitro 2 days ago and today i downloaded more than 8gb and speed was normal lets see what happens tomm :crying: btw yesterday night after 11pm speed reduced to 60kbps than today morning it was normal again, i hope all nitro users at pg confirms whether that 8gb cap exsist or not

I have downloaded over 9.7gb today just to test the rumor and my downloads are varying anywhere from 120kbps to 350kbps.

Before returning it i give nitro a last chance and hell downloaded 11Gb yesterday and 13gb today with speed of 300kb to 750kb/s.

I dont seem to understand what is going on but it is working like it should from yesterday.So cap thing is still a mystery.

Are you guys sure you can return the device within 7 days and get refund? My friend got it from a PTCL store who on the spot told him he can't return/refund it, so is he stuck with the device or can he still make a claim somehow?

always buy from ptcl one stop shop they never say this like u cant return after buying, when i bought it they told me that i can return in under 7 days if not satisified although we have to wait a month for refund

if you get it from the oss, you can return the device within 7 days. you will be given refund payment after one month though.
