Question regarding Digital Downloads.

If I change my PS3's hard disk and redownload any of the digital games that I've bought from the PS Store, do I waste another of the two slots for that game? Or does the PS Store recognize the new HDD being part of the same old system?

well if ur thinking of getting a new hdd etc first u must backup all ur stuff from the current drive to new one, put in new hdd and reformat that to make it compatible with the ps system ( ps3 would do it automatically when inserted ) and than restore files from old hdd via usb etc...to the new installed hdd.

for ur original question i don't think the game are tied to hdd its the ps3 system itself its mac address etc would stay same so no i dont think ull use up ur extra slot
