Pursuing Career in Cyber Security as an Intern

Asslam-o-alaikum all. I am currently doing my Bachelor's in Computer Science (BSCS) From UMT, Lahore. I am in 7th semester and all these previous semesters, I have put a lot effort in improving my development skills and did some major projects to enhance my development skills. I had always been eager to learn the depth knowledge of how things work. I started to show interest in Networking and OS early in my degree but due to lack of resources and awareness I gave up quickly since my fundamentals weren't that good enough to understand . Now that I have adequate knowledge, I have decided my final path to pursue my career in Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find internships for it, since the industry haven't emerged yet in Pakistan . In the meanwhile, I am building some skills by following few tutorials but that's not enough. I am in desperate need of getting an internship so that I could learn from the environment.

It would be highly appreciable if anyone could guide me. Thanks

What you lack for an employment is practice.
I'd suggest to do voluntary support for bigger companies which have an IT Security dep.
That could give you what you lack at the moment, who knows they might employ you.
