PTCL To launch 36mbps 4G Wireless within 2 Weeks

other than the difference in free airtime of 3 and 4 months, are their any differences between devices in the 13k and 15k packages.

16200 is from ZTE and 18000 one is from some other company. I got a call from my OSS today to come and exchange my device for the 18000 one because they're apparently getting complaints from users about it losing its LTE coverage (similar problems that I faced before).

That's worrying, i leave on monday and i wanna deal with any issues beforehand so my mom doesn't have to deal with PTCL guys. I faced another issue, i charged the device for almost 4-5 hours but it was never fully charged. Than i took it out and some time later, I went to a friend's place. Around 30 mins later i took it and it wouldn't switch on. Turns out the battery run out. Now i am home and charging it and its stuck on 3G rather the 4G lte its supposed to be on.

did you had to reset your device to get to 4G LTE again once you got stuck on 3g ?

yes the battery are crap ---i am taking it to local market to find a replacement - i believe a nokia type battery should do the job or some thing similar
coz it has issues of discharging very quickly

can any of u plz for the love of god figure a way on how to open ports on charji ive tried countless things still nat type on ps3/4 is 3 which is strict and no matter what i do and what ports i try to open they remain close anyway to open ports on it? there are settings there but they just dnt work

will probably go there tomorrow and get it exchanged otherwise apply for refund.

i dnt usualy rage but my god ptcl employees are the most incompetent useless bastards on the planet no kidding . ive been banging my head on the wall about this port opening bullshit i called 1218 a hunder times and 99 percent of the time they have no clue what port forwarding is and keep forcing me to go to oss

So in my utter hopelessness i went to the one stop shop in jinnah super and saw this 40+ year old female employee asking me how can she help, i wasted about 10 minutes trying to eplain her that i want some ports to be open and what ports are and they are not opening and the lady replied

will probably go there tomorrow and get it exchanged otherwise apply for refund.

They wont exchange it. For mine they did a "game" and transferred my old device to the name of one of their OSS employees and applied for a refund in his name while I payed 1750 rupees and got a brand new device in my name. All this was done after I talked to the OSS manager.
I don't know about you guys but in my recent case I would rate PTCL's (or at least OSS MRD's) customer service 10/10

Try telling them my story and tell them OSS mrd got 2 of these devices back with the same issue and its a device issue. I wonder if its happening to @TheAvenger as well or is the issue limited to khi devices only

If so, which is the best so far?
OSS isn't near my house and I can't be bothered to apply for a refund if my device goes bust.

Buy the Rev B device with 4 months airtime. Its a device from BandRich which is a Taiwanese company so no Chinese crap. The ZTE device is shit

Yrsterday since morning my zte device was connected with full 4g signals. Tried around stadium...baitul malukaram masjid...but no browsing...n at malir cantt 4g signals were nt coming...complaint to them n in evening my 4g signals came bk ...since then working fine...

the small black one that i have is not of zte not of huwie but its from some q lite company and speed here in islamabad has been consistant since i bought average 15/16
max 27/28 but yeah abhi tak cant figure out how to make its nat type for ps4 to 2 moderarate or open
