I checked there site and they are giving static ip for 300rs and 500rs respectively for broadband users only.

Is it good if I subscribe specially for online gaming?

Don't waste your time and money on Static IP, I once did the same thing and it doesn't change anything when it comes to gaming and ping.

Having Static IP wont change anything regarding Gaming.

Not worth the money. But if you are planning to use private torrent trackers (some require static ip) then you can pay the extra cash.
