PTCL router and my meddling = disaster

Hey guys. I don't post much here if at all. But I'm really desperate as E3 starts tomorrow.

Basically not long ago - I totally messed up my PTCL router settings and its been really affecting my Xbox One / Xbox App sign in process (this has been happening due to solely that) but now I'm in serious pickle because well, I factory reset the console and the goddamn thing needs to update to even start.

The router I have is the AMG1312-T10B. The problem started when I once reset the router and set it up - but the Xbox was like NOPE. Does anyone here have that specific router and know anything about them internets and stuff? I need to know what settings did I not change post router reset that's ruining my life.

Really wish there was a PTCL settings cheat sheet somewhere online.

Apologies for being so melodramatic - Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly is the issue. Is the WLAN mode enabled on your router?
Are you able to connect to the router with any other mobile device?
Are you able to access the internet on your computer with a wired/ethernet connection to the modem/router?
Is it your WAN settings and you don't know your username and password?

Is the internet working fine otherwise and just not working on your XB1 or is it not working at all?

Yes I am able to connect to the internet via laptops, phones and TVs. However there is a discrepancy in what sites open where e.g often twitter will refuse to open the PC, whereas will be opening fine on the phone on the same network. Also most times signing into the Xbox App on Windows 10 is impossible. A few sites I require for work also work god awful, where as on my phone they work fine.

I keep getting the feeling that something is blocking my Xbox from fully connecting to Microsoft servers. I have come to the conclusion that it has to be the ISP or router because:

The xbox's Wifi is fully functional. I once connected via a 3G/4G hotspot on a friends phone - worked like a charm. I've been through a ton of support with Microsoft - and everything seems to be good on their end.

I tried portforwarding or whatever I understand of it (which is very less). My router says TCP 80 is reserved for MGMT - whereas PTCL says Its not blocked :/

To solve browsing issues:

For DHCP, have your router assign these DNS to all devices:

Primary: 208.67.222.222
Secondary: 208.67.220.220

To solve your Xbox issues, assign a Static LAN IP address to your console, put it in a DMZ.
Reboot the modem and the console and run a connection test on your console after it has reconnected.
