For Past few days I am having a major problem with Ptcl. I have 4mb package and I am getting 3.8 or 3.7 download but my upload speed is 0.02. Ping is around 60 but this upload speed doesn't let me browse or play online I don't know what's causing it but this thing is becoming annoying.Any fixes because when I call Ptcl support they say that there is no problem with your internet
