any one tested this for online gaming purpose? i mean hows the ping for dota2 or hon?

my friend is using this... he gets 700kb-1.2 mb per sec ... which is good!
but the range of this wingle is crappy! but in some areas its worth the money!
i'm too scared to buy this i use 4mb dsl! i guess its just because of PTCL's unconsistency..

@farrukh494 Evo Wingle only has 10m range.

Only 10m but their site say 100 M

have u tired it beyond 10m?

Just Bought the 9.3Mbps Wingle ....7500 rs upfront and for now it is very very fast i must say....Giving me around 4mbps in peak timings i.e 1pm...lets see how the speeds will vary...i'll be updating u guys along the way..... i'm in Lahore DHA block XX...if anyone from Lahore wants to correlate.....

Update: 3pm... I have noticed a variation in speeds...i mean it is currently ranging from 1.5 - 5 mbps... i.e at some instance it is going very fast, at other instance it is around 2 mbps....lets see what it does as the day moves on...

9pm...After a day of fluctuations my net is kinna stable at around a little above 4 Mbps....lets see how the night goes out....i am getting 3G mode with one less to full signals....

Bro...can u share its WIFI range? one site its mentioned 100m but does it really support it? bcuz if yes then i will go for it

Nah bro....they are just lying on that one....it has a very small area of coverage....mere 10m i say....100m is a lie....

This I came to know today when I called the PTCL Customer Care...
I know people there are kinda crap, but he seemed pretty confident...
Confirm this guys, and correct me if I am wrong...

It is true. Fair usage policy does apply to all unlimited internet packages because before its implementation, these net cafes used to get a 2mb connection and download their asses off. Approximately, around 200GB per month (an owner is a friend so info is reliable)
If u just watch movies and don't download anything and everything u see on the net, 100GB is waaay better then 45-50GB of witribe and qubee.
I think true unlimited comes only with corporate packages like those of Nayatel. Dont knw for sure but the amount you pay for those, you better not have a cap on ur net

PTCL EVO Wingle 9.3 Mbps is rocking my place - i read all of u guys' review to get confidence. But an earlier confidence was my previous xp with Evo 3.1 usb device 2 years back. The signals quality at my place is nice (Surjani Town, North Karachi Secotr 5/C)

I got a download speed of 650+ KBps (max), avg around 480-500 KBps last night (on Orbit downloader and Microsoft PartnerSource downloads) but due to wireless, the ping with strongest server is sometimes not good and this has to be like that cause of wireless thing

This is the maximum that i got from speedtest

Ok so listen I got this wingle also
and i am impressed with it
when i am in my room i get around 500-700kb/sec download speed
but when i am on roof i get 1mb/sec download speed

SO IT DOESNT SUCK AT ALL

Never mind The bad thing about the wingle is seeding i get no seeding speed when i download from iptorrents Or else if i download torrent from other site i get more then 100kb/sec upload

And also i dont know if there is 100gb limited and i also dont know what you guys are talking about Recharging it ?

Abdul Qadir , i am from sector 5-D Surjani town and by reading your review i am going to buy Wingle device today and will post you my experience .. but i hope if its working good for you and you are getting good signal strength then it would work at my place too because you are not too far from my place ...
and Thanks for posting your experience on this forum it really helps peoples to buy new products and we should contribute to these types of forums to spread the knowledge and let the others know what is good and whats not

Guys, I am happily using Nitro 1k package since last Oct, usually I get 600k plus speeds, funny thing I have noticed is that when I open multiple browser windows the speed on torrents goes up, do share you findings too.

I wanted to buy wingle myself but my friend stopped me, he bought the wingle last week, as soon as he plugged the devise in the power socket the breaker tripped, when he fixed the breaker and checked his wongle it was not working, so be very very careful.

Its better to use Nitro or the regular 3.9, you will never get more than 10-12 meter coverage from wingle or cloud!!
In my opinion and observation, the regular evo 3.9 works flawlessly, does not disconnect and have stable speeds of 1.5mb +.

I got wingle a few days back, but so far my download averages 1.5mbps and upload is 2.5-3mbps, i dont get why my upload is always more than my download
