PTCL Evo Nitro 1000/month - Opinions?

I have an eVo nitro connection with the 2k/month package, and it is working absolutely awesome, speeds are great, no device problems, no disconnects, and no low signal. Gives me 8-9Mbps on torrents

I was thinking about getting the Evo Nitro 1k/month package deal, it is the same device I have right now so I know I won't have device problems. I just want to know will there be service difference i.e. lower speeds and lower signal for people on this package?

So guys what is the opinion on this Evo Nitro 1000/month package deal, who are using this deal?

yes, i don't have any idea about nitro package but have used 3.1 mb student package on evo and works normal.

Check out that thread many people are complaining about disconnection problems

yrr i bought evo 3.1mbps on student package.. and its 3rd mnth and bill is 2000. i talked to one stop shop they said ur package is discount and it should be 1000/mnth
may be there is some problem by which ur bill is 2000/mnth.
nw tell me what to do now?

Bro ap usb ki installment pay kar rahy ho 1k+1k bill. Next time 1k ana chahiye. Apny usb kahan se or kitneki li thi?

I think there is a huge difference with the new Huawei devices that PTCL gives with the new connections and the ZTE devices that are being sold with the 1k/month Nitro package. Huawei devices are much better. I do NOT get same speed with ZTE device.

Edit: I have the Huawei EC367-2 device which is just great (the one with the slide out USB connector). It's performance is much better then the ZTE device that I have.

i've tried the zte devices and i have no issues with them, the zte devices are also given on nitro boost offer packages.

which huawei device is used for nitro?

Well i m using Hawaii device and it tends to automatically disconnects after 1.6GB so if i ever want to download bigger file i have to keep reconnecting it which actually keep pissing me of because of that i cant get proper Sleep .... :chair::tpc:

Have you switched of hybrid and set to evdo only?, that tends to stop the disconnecting

guys whats the cost of geting the connection renewed i had got this in aug 17th 2012 eid day i think it just finished today --hence i can not seem to connect to ptcl with the nitro i guess they have closed it

anyway do i have to pay now rs.2100/- to renew it ---or should i get a new device for 6k for 3 months .

i think you should get a new device, i don't think there's any harm in that
