PTCL AN1020-25U Port Forwarding (80,443,2099,5000-5500,8393-8400)

Asalaam walikum. I have to forward these ports: 80,443,2099,5000-5500,8393-8400, i have configured them in router configuration page but it still isnt forwarded. I have followed these steps in the following link Port Forwarding the FiberHome AN1020-25 Router for League of Legends . Thanks

Port 80 and 443 are already open by default buddy why do u need to route them ?

My Port 80, 443 are closed by default. Check you're ports at: Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router

Common ports such as these are blocked by ptcl for some reason. I had to run a webserver i once required and ended up running it on different non standard ports. Dont know why the others are blocked like 5000 range. Maybe due to banning grey traffic (VOIP). SIP PABX servers run on the 5000 port range.
