PTCL 256K upgraded to 512K!

today i'm recieving 49kB/s on torrent but i didn't recieve any email or sms from ptcl about upgrading.
mine is upgraded today from 256k to 512k, i have confirmed through phone and it's not necessary to recieve sms or email like regspy said.
hehe..bro its a ptcl 512 connection..but the prob is..i'm getting max 25kb/s on utorrent n all..
LINKdotNET is upgrading to Transworld (TW1) bandwidth.... they will be the best pretty soon.
