I'm going to buy new PS4 Slim.
1. I will get Region 2 UAE, Pakistan, EU, UK the PAL version.
2. i plan to only buy and download Digital games online with Credit Card. (No Blu-ray or DVD)
3. My question is UAE PSN store more expensive than USA PSN store?
4. if i have USA PS Plus account, i won't be able to play on UAE, Pakistan or Europe servers as these get best pings and latency?
5. i plan to play online multiplayer games, which i will only buy digital copy of, that is Overwatch, Battlefield 5, Tekken 7, Titanfall 2 etc.
6. can we choose Gaming Servers in PlayStation Online? like we can on PC game stores Steam, Battle.Net and EA Origin for better pings/latency?

i live in Pakistan, so what will get me best online game experience?
my internet connection is PTCL VDSL 6mb download, 1mb upload speed.

thank you

1) Console region doesn't matter. They're all the same.

2) Buying digital games is not an issue, you can't use a Pakistani credit card though.

3) Not really sure, depends on exchange rate. You'll have to buy PSN cards since you can't use a normal Pakistani credit card on PSN.
Most people here choose US since it's much easier to get USA PSN cards.

4) PS Plus account region doesn't affect servers. Read the answer to question 6.

6) Most games will automatically put you on the nearest server with the lowest ping. Normally you can not choose, although in some games it is possible.

Create a US PSN account because US PSN prepaid cards are easily available in Pakistan. On the other hand, you will not be able to find PSN cards in UAE Dirhams. You see PSN cards are different for each region and country so you cannot just load balance from any card. You need to use the correct card from same region as your account. Therefore, the best choice is to create a US account and buy US PSN card to load balance. US PSN also has more frequent and better sales than other regions. You can buy a lot of good games for cheap prices from the PSN store during major sales. The price of a card depends upon the currency exchange rate. The seller will add a little profit to the price for himself (around Rs. 300 to 500 at most).

Get US PSN account, it's most likely to be cheapest. Different countries have different tax rates on games. Apart from the FOREX issue, the same game costs more on UK PSN as compared to US PSN, plus when you factor in exchange rate then US PSN is the cheapest option available.

I made the mistake of making a UK PSN account and now I am stuck with expensive digital options as compared to if I had US PSN account.

As digital prepaid cards you can get best rates from Offgamers.com, they are by far the cheapest card option. They accept Pakistani credit cards and email PSN codes within instant.
