Ps4 games region? problem

i am going to buy the ps4 games for the first time in pakistan. i've been playing ps4 games that already came with ps4 from america (region 1).i am looking for nfs reboot and destiny taken king,i found region 2 of these games are cheaper than the region 1,going through the other threads here i found that you need the game of same region to play online, i know i can use game of any region to play offline but what about online????:help::help::help:. and are region 1 games listed as region all

1. Make a european account using uk as country,make a new email aswell and use it while making the account,go to settings,playstation network,account information,and set it as primary console,Now do the same for your main account,when both of them have the ps4 as their ''Primary'',So when you buy destiny ttk region 2,you will have to redeem them in the uk account,once the taken king add on starts to download,you can use the game and dlc in your main account.

And mainly,Region does not matter for online playing,You can play any region game on region 1,It's just that the dlc for the game such as taken king have to be downloaded through uk account(2nd) one,because they're not valid in the us store

P.S Region ALL=Region 1 only,All does not mean its for any region
