PS3 hangs in ONLINE MODE ; Just as Game starts,works fine in OFFLINE mode

I ve been facing this issue for the last 2 days..

MY PS3 hangs in Online mode ! just as the game starts load.. it hangs..

chkd fifa11 , wwe 11 , GTA IV . same issue

and works fine when the PS3 is not connected to Internet : X :S :S

do you have a PS3 slim or FAT? have you tried every game in your library or is this happening with certain games only?

turn off your ps3 entirely
turn in on
press and hold the green light button
after a few beeps the green light turns red
then press it again
you will hear a beep(the moment you press it) then another beep after a while....and double beeps after that
stop pressing the button after the double beeps
you will see a secret ps3 menu with some "restoring" options
try all of them except "restore ps3 system"(deletes everything) and "system update"

youtube ps3 videos to learn how to access this menu if you didnt understand it completely

i have these games only. . it is FAT 80 GB ....

ok LET ME try those steps.. i did SYSTEM update but same problem..
