^its actually no good,because you need to add stuff onto it,i think we need to hard mod a chip into the controller,the thing is that by using that "chip" ps3linux already mentioned a tutorial through which a jb device can be made even without needing the DS3 at all...so its pretty much a waste
Maybe all the adding stuff is what made the DS3 Hack release late well i guess its just for tech junkies who can mod the controller and use it as the exploit so OBB you gonna hack your console or not ?

There are two areas I want to utter a few sentences about:
First porting of PSJailbreak to dual shock and other devices, nowadays almost every electronic item has a microcontroller built in it. Even our EFI/MPFI based cars have mmicrocontrollers, microwave ovens, DVDs, TVs, digital cameras, Mp3 players you name it and DS is one of them. Theoretically PSJailbreak can be ported to any device that has a microcontroller which has a USB port.
However, for all practical purposes choice of a microcontroller depends on many factors like development tools available including hardware and software, support for developers by the company manufacturing the microcontroller, cost and package of the controller. A microcontroller in a device is like a mini computer having only one program to perform a specific function, if you want it to perform another function you'll have to remove the first program to make space for the new one, which will make the computer not performing the first task. That is why microcontroller market is dominated by two companies namely ATMEL and Microchip, japanese manufacturers like Toshiba, Mitsubishi etc do make micros but they are targeted to OEM markets and not end user friendly. Though like in above case once the jailbreak is done the original program of DS can be restored through another write cycle, thus removing the jailbreak software. But here is a word of caution every micro has a limit to read and write cycles, once the limit is breached the reliability of the micro becomes questionable. For T.I 84 I would assume it must be having one of those MSP430 micros and same goes with the dingo it must be having a micro whose development tools were easily available to the person porting the jailbreak. One could always endeavour to port the jailbreak to all sony equipment like mps3 player, digital cameras etc because of one important convenience the USB ID of sony equipment would read to the PS3 as a trusted platform but then again the port depends on the micro in the equipment.
Second important area is the possibility of downgrading the 3.42 firmware to 3.41. I have recieved a number of queries about the same here, my email and another discussion board. Since PS3 has two NAND one contains the current firmware and the other contains the previous one, so theoretically speaking if the NAND containing the current firmware is disconnected PS3 may report a corrupted firmware and try to restore to previous version i.e 3.41 and might actually restore to 3.41.
However, for all practical purposes this carries lot of risks and there are too many ifs and buts involved, first it requires opening up the console, identifying which NAND contains which firmware is extremely difficult , and then disconnecting the one with newer firmware via special equipment like heat guns etc.
But all this effort might just fail if there are logs containing data on newer firmware the PS3 might just refuse to boot.
Too much risk but possible, now who wants to give it a try?

yeah mani, i was thinking that that we will not be able to play games released after 3.41. But i was wrong after seeing QTheory out with positive comments We will only not able to play games with mandatory update in it

As shown in this first image, we can see the red box on the XMB showing that the console actually went into service mode. In this mode, it is possible to run specific software, including one allowing the domwgrade (the opposite of update, ie back to a previous firmware). Who says so says downgrade opportunity to go 3.15 for the benefit of new and more otheros hack with PSGroove.
Payload through this, it is also possible to run each time you start the console, loading a file. Self from a USB key as explained above. This could allow the hack using only one time a dongle or other, then your USB stick could complete the task alone. Minimus AVR ones are sexiest of all. Neat and Clean. But too much expensive than the desi ones (sm1)

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
