Problems browsing PG

He cant seem to browse PG while logged in and getting "500 Server Error" and "Server busy Error"
Tried different PCs, Internet, Browsers but no luck

However browsing while "Logged Out" is just fine for some reason

Kindly look into the matter

elaborating a little bit.

He can use my account on his PC just fine (indicating this is not an IP or ISP issue).

I can't use his account on my PC. Running into the same issues.

I checked it and found that nothing wrong with his account (may be something internally on the DB level..for that I will see once I get some free time), however I also notice that his account has been banned by the multiple login detection mechanism on the violation of PG rules (multiple logins detected: Raza7154 + Wolfy). [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION]

PS: for such complaints a PM would be enough.

i also gets the same "500 Server Error" ... i think it might be db server issue or local host some type of that !!!

Multiple logins were probably for confirming that the problem was not at the user's end

In that case there are hundreds of other users who can come up with the same claim and that will become "unjustified bans" for them from our end if we follow like that! (there's a reason for restricting the multiple logins) he didn't notify us and made multiple logins but anyway will see if there's something going on at the server end as few other users have also reported that issue..for banning stuff Jshak is the guy to reach.

Why does this SEVOLUTION has to spread the word to everyone when he has direct access to the administration , irrespective the times of contact. When he was told his problem was being looked into.

Really sad
