Salam, I would like to know the current market value of my friend's laptop. I would appreciate if anyone could give me an estimate.

Here are the specs:
Model = HP Pavilion 15-p004nx
CPU = 4th Gen i7 4510u
RAM = 4 GB RAM
HDD = 750 GB HDD
GPU = Nvidia 840m 2GB

Plus some bells and whistles that generally come with laptops such as webcam, DVD writer, Bluetooth and what not.

PKR 25-30k, depending upon the physical condition of the laptop. Remember, people always look more at the condition of the laptop before buying, rather than considering whats inside it. If he is selling it, its better not to sell it in the market. Go for OLX or PG Marketplace.
