Do you want to replace 650w with 600-650w for any specific reason ?
i think antec ea650 is not a bad choice so if you don't have any problem then there is no need to replace it for no good reason

power supply was going strong for 5 years . yesterday pc stopped working i thought power supply is dead but toady i went to hafiz center and it turn out that mother board is dead. Power supply is ok. i hope mother board will be repaired. because i dont want to change mother board and cpu yet. i planned to get mother board and cpu combo latter this year.

yeah antec power supplies and specially ea series is not that bad. you can check the output power of your powersupply by some voltmeter etc. mobos usually get repaired but you should change it as soon as you get some bucks in your pocket.

ok it turned out mother board and processor (2500k) both burned.. i have amd 480x. i am thinking of buying i5 7600 and basic mother board... i am open to other suggestion what should i do now
oops sorry to hear that my friend. regarding the new hardware first make sure your power supply is working fine and giving your enough output for the new system.
regarding the cpu and processor why don't you import cpu from aboard ? many premium sellers are importing those processors in very good price from amazon.
regarding mobo if you are just looking for a normal mobo H110M series would do just fine for you. in this chipset i think Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2PV-WP in 6600 would be a good choice for you.
