calf raisers!

I drink lots of water during workout and lots of protien after(bow)

I run like 4 kms atleast 5 days a week. Do 10 - 15 chinups. Do 40 - 50 pushups. And like 50 - 60 situps. Gonna join a gym soon.

i workout 4 days a week , mostly for just an hour. time nahi hai yaar !

plan a
bench press , inclined bench press , pulley , rowing boat thingy , butterfly

or

plan b
bicep curls ( dumbells + bar bell) triceps , pulley , thighs , lotsa crunches on the deadly tummy terminator and cramp creator deluxe 5000.

so ... an hour`s not bad , right ?

I work out only in vacations cause there is no gym near where i live in khi! All day at home, and gamin at hyd! I try to control my diet tho cause that seems to be the only way to keep my chubby body from growing ENORMOUS you know! But i do play a lot in school tho, so that also helps!

Daily: 40 Pushups, 15 Chin Ups, 15 crunches (360degrees upside down) +

Workout day 1: around 7 chest exercises
Workout day 2: around 6 shoulder exercises
Workout day 3: around 6 bicep exercises
Workout day 4: around 5 Wings and 3 Tricep Exercises
Workout day 5: any of the above

my exercises vary from 1.25 HRs to 1.75 HRs

Abbas nice! also od cardio to lose fat once youve gained enough muscle because your body cant get rid of fat while you are making muscle.

i dont work out regularly any more...there are a few machines in my college but the studies have gotten real hard...i visit this site every day..and now im sitting on the net after 5 DAYS!!!!

i am smart-lookin' btw :p

the 14th rule of fight club is, you dont use fight club sigs/avatars
the 15th rule of fight club is, you cant join/ are outta the fight club if you call ur fellow fight club members "crazy metros"

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
