Want To Buy plesase help me suggest pc (2ng gen)

i wanna buy a 2ng gen used pc my budget is maximum 18k,

i will later buy a gfx card when i have the money,

i will mostly be playing counter strike 1.6,

or some casual gaming , along with using visual studio or watching movies,

if any one has good pc in this range please contact or give me some advice on buying cheap pc (core i3,core i5) than you
