Please suggest me a dual sim phone @20k

Assalam o alikum,
hope you all are doing fine

i am hugely in need of some serious advice regarding buying a dual sim phone
i searched all over the internet and the market saw many sets

first i wanna tell i am not at all intrested in buying qmobile phones, they are good but not good enough
second the phones must be a dual sim, it must have a 720p screen or greater and a decent 1080p video recording camera or up, and must be slim

i saw many phones over the internet like

galaxy grand 2,neo,win,core,grand prime
htc one dual sim
g2 mini
s3 dual sim
etc

i would had gone for an e8 but its too expensive and out of my budget

huawei and oppo gives a great deal but are not holding a fair market value when you go to sell it, so the phones should have a market resale chracterstic.

looking forward to hear from my brothers with an awesome replies.

i found the grand 2 an awesome set as it hold good market value, has a 720p screen and can do hd video recording and is kinda slim. but the thing is samsung makes the same designs on its all phones. wanting to something awesome.
