Please fill this survey for working women project

As'Salam o Alaikum
One of my fellow is doing a research for his masters and is conducting a survey for working women, i know there are fewer women on this site but please if you fellow Gamers know any working woman ask them to fill this survey(for working women only, kindly don't fill it yourself), i will be grateful. If that's the case then why is the survey asking for "Gender"?


Also, lots of spelling/grammatical mistakes.


And the questions are redundant.
