Playing GTA V Online using the same account on PS4 and PC

Hi guys! I'm wondering if it's possible to play GTA Online on PC and PS4 using the same account. I already have gta 5 on the ps4 and I'm rank 51 so I'd like to use the same account and rank up on the pc as well when I play. Please let me know if this is possible.

Yes, you are correct. It is possible to play with the same character and rank on PC and PS4.
