Guys how is sony 55x7500? Need quick advice. Is it better then tcl c6? Getting it for 133000 and tcl c6 for 115000. Or any other led in this price range?
Update: Just found out that sony x7500 is lcd ips panel. Is it ok or should go for led panel? Shahx

Samsung 55NU8000 for 138k. Only shop warranty, not official Samsung one though.

Also, ASKnASK turns out, it was just the shop warranty, and not official.
The TVs are imported from UAE since that's what the software says as well as the Arabic I noticed on the box.

all panels are lcd they are just lit through led lights that's why they are called led tv's while they truly aren't..oled tv's are true led tv's
va and ips both are type of lcd's ips is good for living rooms(lounge) where wider viewing angle is required..both va and ips have their own pros and cons
only 55inch variant has direct led while 43 and 49 have edge led(sony x7500 model)
its okay but i still think you should invest more and buy nu8000 which is much superior than this model of sony

Reputable shop? That's a bummer waisay.

How's your experience been so far? Has it made you go 'wow' yet?

Friends Home / Friends corporation. They've got a few outlets in and around Bahria, so I went to one of those and got it from there.

Have bought plenty of TVs from there before, both with and without warranty. No issues yet.

Experience has been great. Signed up my parents for Netflix, and it streams flawlessly in UHD. Also played a few 4K movies off my hard drive, and it was fantastic.

No complaints at all. The software did freeze up once while signing in to Netflix, but a reboot fixed it. Never happened again after that.

Salam brothers. I want buy a 43" to 50" TV. Mainly for regular TV and 1080p movies. Can someone tell me which TV is good value for money. Has anyone seen TCL, Hisense and Samsung in same show room for picture quality and wide viewing angles.

Also if I buy a UHD TV how is up scaling of your TVs. As I don't expect tk see 4K or HDR content. Any experience sharing would be nice.

I have a 40 inch 5000 series Samsung LED. A month or so ago, the bottom 25% of the screen area became dimmer than the rest of the panel. A few days ago, it lost all its 'light.' If you turn off all the lights in the room, you can see a very faint picture on the TV. The sound is fine.

Is there any chance of getting it repaired, and if yes, then would it be wise to spend any money on it?

sounds like you have a tv with direct backlit system...yes it can be repaired but repairing would be very costly...you should get an estimate of how much it would cost after that you should ask if its wise to spend that much money plus ask them to give atleast checking warranty of a week for the repairing

How is nu8000 now cheaper. I think it's around 140k. Mu8000 was at 200k+

Wasn't 8000 series suppose to be in 200k+ range. How it became cheap ?

It's an 800 USD TV, I think charging 200k for it would be daylight robbery.

Only the 65" model is around 240-250k.

Has Samsung reduced the prices ? It's too good to be true. There was a time when one would struggle to find good tv below 200k, and now this.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
