so what do you experts suggest for gaming tcl c2 or p6 , is 60hz suitable for ps4 gaming ? what about ghosting issues in these led's ?
what about tcl p607 why isnt this led available here its suitable for gaming with a 120 refresh rate , seems like on youtube everyone is recommending it for gaming and such .
C2 is better than p6 specs wise, c2 has wide color gamut, good speakers. 60hz is more than sufficient for ps4 pro gaming, there are no any ps4 game, i have heard, which supports more than 60hz/fps.

meh these led's have input lag issues saw it on youtube , what could one expect from such low end mades , i came to a conclusion and was interested in qled's they might be a marketing tactic but this particular has a va panel q6f 49 inch but with an edge lit display has viewing angle issues , other than that it beats sony's x900e led in hdr gaming and has no input lag issues just local dimming issues , samsung will rectify that in there 2018 models with a full array back lit led display , thats a 2017 model , the only issue is that its availability and price after reaching pakistan its price increase and even that i still dont know if any one imports led's mostly dont and the bad part we are stuck with pakistani marketed led's ef there policies .

Sorry! Something went wrong! this is a 2017 model
who cares about watching movies and netflix or cable i particularly want it for gaming , 800 $ is not bad for Good hdr gaming , people are getting it on craiglist for 600 $ used .

plz share final results and method
well i went in to driver section of gpu , for me it was amd , went in to custom res , just changed the res from 60hz to 100hz , all things remaining the same , and it worked , will try today if same can be done at 1440p , if mem servers right at 1440p it will do 75hz

also i had china AAA 4k 4v as well and they also did 100-120hz if over clocked with no issues .

you can feel the smoothness in games at 120hz

Any comments on LG model 55SJ8000 (being offered @ Rs 130,000 without warranty) vs 55MU7000 (say around Rs 110,000 with warranty) ?

BTW have not researched market prices that much but first wanted technical input. I am only interested in 4K movies and tv shows.

Salam guys, I wanted to help people here decide between Mu7000 and TCL C2. So I personally went to check it myself. Although I'm no TV expert but I just want to give my opinion on which TV is better.

The content I checked was following keeping the upscaling thing in my mind.

Interstellar movie in 1080p and 720p
One 4k sample
One anime episode in 1080p, 720p and 480p
Gaurdian of the galaxy

So here's my impression on both this TV.

Sound:
The sound on C2 is brilliant. It's like you don't even need home theater. It was not even half the volume and the sound was crisp and loud. That's probably the best thing about this TV. The mu7000 sound quality was subpar. You definitely need a soundbar to atleast get better sound.

OS:
The OS is android. But TV navigation is slow. E.g it takes time to start the television. Also it's smooth but not buttery smooth. Still I think it's not that of an issue. It might be for some. However, interface is neat and clean. It's nothing compared to what Samsung has to offer . The tizen os is much faster and responsive. Easy to navigate. It's clean and to the point.

Display:
Now for the main part. The display on mu7000 is brighter than c2. So if you have to place your TV in a room where there is lot of light . I think mu7000 is better option. Since my room is dark , I found C2 to be better option for it. c2 will suffer a lot in area where there is too much light I believe.

So I played content on both and to my surprise I found C2 much better. I played instersteller on 1080p in both TV . The scene where they land on planet covered with water. The C2 was much more pleasent to look at. Mu7000 was making it look like as if it's low resolution file. The colours were highly saturated and very sharp. Also there was huge amount of juttering which was not very enjoyable. c2 had little amount of juttering but it was not that noticeable.

I played anime on both and it was identical. With Samsung being brighter.

Verdict:

In my opinion, C2 is better option. It offers better overall package than mu7000. The sound , and quality is much better.

If you have money, you should go Mu8000. Because it's better than both c2 and mu7000.

But c2 at 55 inch is for 105,000. I think it's best for this range.

I'm sorry I could not check gaming performance as I don't have PS4 right now.

My review might be noobish. But I'm just helping u guys out. There are lot of things I did not cover because I don't have knowledge about it. Hope this helps.

basically then it has no warranty / all smuggled i presume , these days warranty claim is a hard thing , seen a lot of cases where they simply put the blame on short circuit or on the customer , panel goes then ur dead in the water might be some good guys out there but not many . i always say a good UPS / or servo motor stablizer is a must for critical items .

why not buy from samsung

I'm looking for a budget 4K + HDR TV, preferably no smaller than 50". I was looking at TCLs P6, but my interaction with their company personnel has dissuaded me. I fear I will run into problems should an issue come up that requires me to claim repairs and/or replacement under warranty.

TV usage will be regular TV dramas, netflix, youtube, and movies. Strongest preference for quality would be for movies.

I looked at some LG TV, but it had terrible reviews. I've also looked at the Samsung MU7000. Not sure if thats a good buy, but its within my budget. Essentially, I want the best bang for buck TV under 90,000 or so.

Thanks!
