I use PTCL actually. Remember to check your ping and download speeds. about 1 sec or 0.5 sec lag is normal on EU servers. Try and play Versus A.I matches before playing quick match.

Something is strange with this. at times I have ~180ms ping, other times I have ~300ms ping.

When I ping other servers of games I play (which are also EU based) its ~180ms even though HOTS is ~300ms.. Trying to diagnose what the issue is though haven't had any luck yet....

played cho'gall on PTR..is a disaster for people like us when latency is around 200ms though knowing Blizzard, we are never getting middle eastern servers
