N bdw i download like 10gb stuff everyday from xbox live including games demos n all!!! Xbox live is the very purpose of 360!! and besides of course all of us have modifies consoles... and i think better get them banned by goin online and havin some real gud time by playing online games rather than neva going online cuz ov fear!!!

Yeah u r right!but than if u plan on never connecting ur 360 to xbox live cuz ov the fear ov getting banned than what is the use of xbox live 4 u then which means banning wont even matter afterwards aswell?? Atleast through this way u can have some fun!!
