PDVD 15 ultra issue

AOA everybody

I am facing this issue while playing .iso videos with pdvd 15 ultra.
All other videos play fine but when trying to play heavy .iso videos then this message appears :

However internet is connected.

Anyone facing such issue or know the solution ?

I think its not fully cracked and some feature present in BD require them activated

Its activated completely. iso videos were playing well with the same installation. but suddenly it stopped playing and showing this message.
Apart from iso, it plays all fine.... :/ weird issue

If u used a patch to generate a serial, i would advise to use a different serial

Already done with even fresh installation.

But this issue is kinda weird as it says no internet connection whereas net is connected and working.
