I buy monitors from pakdukaan very reliable they buy their stock direct from companies that manufacture monitors and are always covered in warranty and peace of mind.

You can try olx for used monitors but I strongly suggest avoiding them because if you do the total cost of ownership calculation in a spreadsheet you will find they cost more than new monitors. Used monitors have a lower lifespan and they use more electricity. Be sure to lookup the specs of the monitor and compare the power consumption to a new one. FYI a new monitor will easily last 7-8 years.

thank you but all online shops i know, especially listed ones. im talking about local shops in your area, who have online sites or shop contacts with whom i can get in touch with
Word of advice don't go for used monitors online. I took my friend to Czone and we bought a used Dell p2414h and all the stock they had were different, they told us to pick any one of the 7-10 units they had and we chose one that looked the best. after picking it I asked if it has any spots or dots and the guy said no and I asked if we could check it he said sure and after turning it on it had a dead pixel, well no problem he said we can pick another one and we noticed of all the units one had a different screen instead of the matte non reflect finish it had a glossy finish on the screen. We thought that's the original one (which it wasn't the p2414h has a matte finish i also bought one recently from my local shop for 7K pkr while czone selling for 8.3K) and it's still working but there are still faulty pieces among the used ones so you better check them in person before buying.
You should check if all the ports are working
The buttons
no deadpixels/stuck pixels. use http://deadpixelbuddy.com/

EDIT: Also to the person who said that used monitor's don't last long I had a viewsonic LCD bought from jacksonmarket for 200PKR it lasted 9 years and that the power unit inside it died and I sold it as scrap for 300 pkr :) (lmao)(lmao)
it was a 17 inch monitor with 3 dead pixels on the left side which I barely ever noticed and the res was 1280x1240
