So last night I was watching news on YouTube and due to power Outage my computer obviously shut down anyhow power came back after 2 or 3 minutes it was already late so I went to sleep but now it's not turning ON I tried replacing cable but it never worked its not responding, I can see a small light on motherboard which is always lit but it's not turning ON, what can be the problem is it power supply? For few days I was noticing that my computer was turning on after a gap. Of like 2 or 3 seconds I mean when I press the power button on cpu it took 2 or 3 seconds to turn on power supply fans lights(small lights next to power button) so help me what can be causing this problem?
