hello !
I want to ask about paypal account means how to use while you are in pakistan
i know this topic must have been discussed before so kindly direct me to a link to that thread or reply me here that how can i do so ? how can i purchase things using paypal account while im in pak ..
and for the procedure of opening account on paypal in pak what are things required ?

I intend to buy a cydia tweak (iphone stuff) so need around 10 paypal dollars in any "disposable account" that is, if it is possible

your account will get limited if u as much as do something suspicious and all the balance in it will be blocked, u wont be able to take it out.i worked for an year with the paypals API and i found a way around it, but even then its risky..very risky.

its not about server. and paypal wont even open when ur on vpn. its about the fact that u dont have a valid bank account associated with your account. when i opened an account in DE, they made a little credit in my account and they asked for verification. they also asked for proper postal address verification.

its just like a bank account, u dont wanna manhandle it..

I dont want to use the paypal account for any longer. Just a day or two during which i will make purchases (cydia tweaks) and then its done

thats even bad. if u have a new 'unverified' paypal account and u make a transaction, it will get blocked guaranteed. how do u plan on funding a new account? how much is the amount?

IBAN will help in transfer of funds internationally. As per State Bank of Pakistan all Bank accounts will automatically converted into IBAN by June 30 2013.
