The Atomic bomb is useless in actual war. it only works as a deterrent and if it fails and if full scale war does happen then no one will have the balls to start a nuclear war. So if a war ever does start, don't think that the Atomic bombs are an sset you might be able to use tow in, even if you did destroy your enemy, you'd pretty much kill yourselves and the rest of the world in the process.

^^This. It'd be better for Pakistan if the governement would spend a bit more money on educational, health and welfare of the public isntead of dumping it all into the army.

Hamara deen hum ko chori, dakay, rishwat, haram khori, aqarba parwari, sifarish, jhoot, chughal khori, milawat, ghalat bayani, na insafi, zulm, haq talfi or bhi isi tarah ki kai masharti buraiyon say bachna bhi sikhata hay per hum in baton par amal nahi kerna chahtay. In par amal karlain to hathyar bhi hon aur bhooka bhi na merna perhay.

You are underestimating France. France is one of the top weapons exporters in the world. Their high tech weaponry is much advanced. Pakistan also is using French Agosta class B subs and some French Fighter Jets.

dood ka dhula huwa koi bi nai ha likin phr as compared to other army is still best which is utilizing each and every being spent on it

Yeah! completely agree with this. Pakistan Govt. should proceed with their decision (which they made in APC) to start talks with TTP.

@OP: BSO (Baloch Student Organization) isn't a religious organization. BSO isn't even a terrorist organization. It's a purely political entity. Also you seem to have sectarian bias. You mentioned SSP and LEJ (let me clear that I am against LEJ's violent tactics) but you forgot to mention Sipah-e-Muhammad and TNFJ (which also are banned outfits).

IMO you should have kept this restricted only to the info related to Pakistan army and nothing else. I suggest that you edit these parts out of your thread. The ongoing sectarian violence has nothing to do with Pakistan Army. IMO Pakistan Army shouldn't even involve in it. All of these sectarian issues should be dealt with politically and legally not with force.

Ranking I believe is based on GDP.
Here's how (IMO)
Suppose china's GDP is 1000. It uses 30% of it on military expenditure. That's 300.
Comparing Pakistan, our GDP is more like 100. Even if we stretch the truth and say 50% of it is spent on the defence, that's 50.
Bigger GDP, better budget, better army.
So it shouldn't be hard to understand why we're behind the likes of turkey, south Korea etc.

Even if they dont have "advanced technology" as you say..........but they do have the Economy which will sustain the war if they go into + they outnumber us both in Arms and human resources.
War = very bad for Pakistan, already poor economy, what has remain of it will be almost be crippled if we do go to war...
We should just first try educate our people and better our economy first... :p
