I have noticed dat pakistanis r not rly into skating or dat kinda stuff
i hav nvr met or known any paki skater tho i wud love to kno one
I think its not rly promoted in pakistan either
i am a skater and i believe it is a very good sport
i am not pro or anythin nor can i do any fancy stuff ... Just da basic tricks
but why isnt skating so popular in pakistan? Its nothin expensiv
also if any1 knos any gud shops fr dis kinda stuff do let me kno
and r dere any skate parks in lahore ?

well the main reason is the EXTREME CLIMATE!, in summer its too hot to go out, in winters too cold.

also there are not many parks where ppl can skate, also the start of the roads is in front of you, no proper footpaths = skating on roads, and we cant have that can we??

Yep, even on proper footpaths, there is too much rubble and wrappers on the road that you would think twice before skateboarding...
So its foolish to attempt it on roads, and if some wrapper strangles your skateboard, its done for.
