Some good news. Bandai Namco say it will feature "over 30 characters", some of whom will be brand new. Feels great right. The announcement of release wasn't alone. A new launch trailer is also released as follow:

- The collector’s edition contains the deluxe edition and the season pass, plus a statue of Kazuya kicking Heihachi. There’s also a steel book and soundtrack.
- The season pass grants access to three content packs and will include new playable characters, new stages, a new game mode, costume packs, and a bonus 35-piece metallic costume pack. Each DLC is also sold separately.
- If you pre-order, you’ll get access to the Eliza day-one DLC. Eliza is a vampire character who made her Tekken debut in Tekken Revolution, a free-to-play PlayStation 3 game.
- The Tekken 7 deluxe edition includes the game and the season pass, and is exclusive to Game stores in the UK and to Gamestop in Ireland.
- Lastly, the Tekken 7 day one edition (available at participating retailers) will include the game and the Eliza DLC.
